| 摘 要： | 为解决目前优化排产软件中普遍存在的直观性较差、模型修改和维护困难、不可行解诊断难等问题，开发了石化企业图形化生产计划优化系统。该系统可通过图形组态方式绘制石化企业超结构生产流程，自动形成生产计划优化模型并求解和生成报表，而且包含丰富的图形编辑、组态等功能，操作简便易用，模型建立和维护容易。在兰州石化公司的应用结果表明，该系统能为企业决策提供科学依据，降低经营风险。

| Abstract: | A graphic modeling system for optimal production planning in petrochemical industry was developed for solving the disadvantages in the present used software, such as poorness in intuition, complexity in model amendment and maintenance, and difficulty in infeasible model diagnosis, etc. By drawing petrochemical topological flowsheet with graphic configuration and imputing related data, the proposed modeling system could be automatically generated with the function of solution found and report formed. The said system was simple and convenient as well as easy on establishment and maintenance, which also contained abundant functions such as graphic edit and configuration. The application case in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company showed that the system provided the scientific basis for enterprise strategic decision and reduced the management risk. |
