摘    要:为解决单元机组协调控制系统的高精度和快速负荷跟踪控制的问题,将预测函数控制应用于多变量复杂控制系统中,提出一种基于阶跃响应模型的多输入多输出系统的预测函数控制算法。该算法采用阶跃响应模型作为参考模型,并引入扰动估计,使控制器在线计算量小,参数调整简单,跟踪快速,具有很强的抗扰动性和鲁棒性,能实现复杂多变量过程的高质量控制。该算法应用于含时变参数的单元机组协调控制系统仿真研究。结果表明:在大范围的负荷变化时,控制系统仍具有满意的控制效果。图8参8。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of high accuracy and rapid load tracing property of monoblock coordinated control systems, predictive functional control (PFC) is being used in the complex multivariable control system, and a predictive functional control algorithm for multi-intake and multi-output systems based on Finite Step Response (FSR) model is suggested. By using a FSR model with disturbance estimation in the algorithm as the reference model, the controller's on line-calculation work is being reduced. Parameter adjustment facilitated, tracing ability improved, featured by good disturbance resistance and robustness at the same time. This algorithm is thus capable of high quality control of complex multivariable processes. It may be used in simulation research on monoblock coordinated control systems with time-varying parameters. Results show that the proposed algorithm exhibits satisfying control effects even for large load varying ranges. Figs 8 and refs 8.
