摘    要:激冷环是大氮肥装置水煤浆气化炉的关键部件,直接影响气化炉的稳定运行。通过分析自身结构存在的问题,合理改进布水孔数量和方向,同时将半圆环管改成整体锻件,既便于清洗又保证水膜均匀,提高了激冷环的运行周期。

Abstract:Quenching ring is a key spare part of coal-water slurry gasifier in large nitrogenous fertilizer plant, which can directly affect the stable operation of the gasifier. Through analysis of the problems existed in the quenching ring structure at the original startup, the number and direction of water distribution holes were improved reasonably, semi-circular tings were embodied into one forging, which is easy to clean and ensures uniform water film, thus improves the operating period of quenching ring. The processing cost is relatively high when semi-circular tings are embodied into one forging, then the semi-circular rings were modified into rectangular ring, which is jointed with steel plates, which both ensures the ring cleft and decreases processing cost.
