抗静电TPU/LDPE/SBS共混材料的性能研究

摘    要:报道了TPU/LDPE/SBS共混材料的电性能和力学性能,探讨了共混比、乙炔炭黑用量对材料性能的影响;用透射电镜分析了该共混体系的结构。结果表明,该共混体系可以形成互穿网络结构,从而强迫相容,在共混比为10/3/100时,乙炔炭黑用量为22质量份可以制得综合性能优良的抗静电塑性橡胶材料。

Abstract:A report was made on the electrical performances and the mechanical properties of TPU/LDPE/SBS antistatic blend. A discussion was also made on the influence of the blending ratio, the useful level of acetylene black on the properties of the blend, and the structure was analyzed with TEM. The results indicated that the blending system could form interpenetrating network and forced dissolve each other. As the blending ratio was 10/3/100 and the useful level of ACET was 22 Phr, a kind of thermoplastic antistatic TPU/LDPE/SBS blend was prepared, that had excellent comprehensive performance.
