| 摘 要： | 针对法兰连接结构动态测试试验，以嵌入式控制器和数据采集卡为主要硬件，虚拟仪器LabVIEW为软件开发平台，设计出了具有信号生成、信号输出与数据采集功能的系统。该系统模拟产生频率可调的伪随机和简谐（正弦）激励，并输出信号以此来激励振动台，再通过板卡采集法兰结构振动时的声发射与加速度信息，从而为法兰的状态识别提供依据。经过测试与应用，该系统能运行正常，功能可靠．为以后进行数据分析与处理奠定了很好的基础，达到了设计的要求。
