| 摘 要： | 旧有建筑基本采用平屋顶,耗能量大、屋顶渗漏、室内热环境差。为节约能量,解决渗漏,提高人们居住的舒适性,美化城市,提出了“平改坡”方案。通过具体工程实例,介绍了“平改坡”施工工艺,分析了“平改坡”节能的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The fiat roofs were used for the old buildings, whose indoor thermal environments were very poor due to large volume of energy consumption and leakage of roofs. The reforming plan of fiat-roof-to-slope-roof is put forward in order to save energy, solve the problem of leakage, raise living amenity and beautify cities. The construction techniques of this sort of projects were introduced by case histories, and the energy-saving economic benefit of fiat-roof-to-slope-roof is also analyzed. |
