用创新思维指导药学实践教学

当前高职药学专业的发展面临着许多的挑战。一方面就业形势日趋紧张,另一方面毕业生就业素质不高,尤其是实践能力和创新能力不足。文章介绍了用创新思维指导药学专业实践教学改革的体会,阐述了创新思维在药学教学改革中的重要作用。通过转变教育观念,运用模拟车间、模拟药房、模拟市场等措施,对培养学生实践能力、创新能力发挥了重要作用。

Applying Creative Thinking to Guide Reform on Practice Teaching of Pharmacy

At present, the development of higher vocational education of pharmacy was lacing many challenges. On one hand, the employment situation was becoming increasingly tense, on the other hand. the employment quality of graduate was not high and they especially lacked of practical ability and creative ability. in the paper, experience of applying creative thinking to guide refurm on practice teaching of pharmacy was introduced and the significance of creative thinking of reform on practice teaching was expounded. It could cultivate students＇ creative ability and practical ability by changing educational idea and applying simulation workshop, simulation pharmacy and simulation market.
