镁基准晶强化AZ91合金的研究

摘    要:研究了采用传统机械搅拌法制备舍球形镁基准晶的AZ91镁合金,以及镁基准晶对AZ91镁合金的组织及性能影响。、利用普通凝固技术,在Mg—Zn—Y系;住晶中间合金中添加一定量的Ca或Mn元素,获得了含有球形二十面体准晶相的Mg—Zn—Y—Ca和Mg—Zn—Y—Mn;住晶中间合金。、结果表明:AZ91镁合金凝固结晶时形成粗大的树枝晶,β-Mg17A112相呈网状分布于晶界,分别加入3.4%Mg—Zn—Y—Ca和5.2%Mg—Zn—Y—Mn后,舍金的组织得到了很大的细化,β-Mg17A112相以小块状弥散分布于晶界。同时合金的室、高温拉伸力学性能有很大幅度的提升。

Abstract:In this paper, AZ91 alloys containing spheroic magnesium quasi-crystal were obtained through traditional mechanical stirring. By adding some content of Ca or Mn, the quasi-crystal alloy Mg-Zn-Y-Ca, Mg-Zn-Y-Mn containing spheroied icoshedral quasi-crystal were obtained. In this alloy about 30 %-40 % of this alloy are the quasi-crystal phase.The results show that when mag nesium alloys eonsolidated, some coarse dendrite phase formed, the β-Mg17A112 phase was net precipitated along the boundary, adding 3.4 wt%Mg-Zn-Y-Ca, and 5.2 wt%Mg-Zn-Y-Mn respectively, the alloys have been strengthed much obviously, the β- Mg17A1,2 phase was precipitated along the boundary. At the same time, the room temperature and high temperature stength properties were greatly improved.
