锌镍合金电镀钢板低铬钝化工艺研究

摘    要:应用正交试验优选锌镍(8%~10%Ni)合金镀层钝化液配方;讨论了钝化液PH值、钝化液、温度、钝化时间和干燥温度对钝化膜耐蚀性的影响;提出了一种低铬、快速钝化新工艺.该工艺所得锌镍合金镀层钝化膜稳定性好,其耐蚀性比未钝化的高2倍以上.

Abstract:The effects of composition, PH, temperature of chromate solution, chromating time and dry temperature on corrosion resistance of chromated Zn-Ni(8-10%Ni) alloy electroplated steel sheet were studied. A new low chromate, high-speed process was developed. It was found that conversion coating was of good stability and its corrosion resistance was as three times higher as that of unchromating.
