| 摘 要： | 通过单因素试验确定超临界CO2萃取胡椒油的适宜操作条件，并采用GC—Ms方法对萃取的胡椒油进行成分分析。GC—MS分析结果表明，超临界CO2萃取胡椒油含40种化学成分，主要成分为石竹烯、4-乙氧基-3-茴香醛以及一些其它杂环化合物。

| Abstract: | Through the single factor experiment determined that the suitable operating condition of the supercritical fluid extraction CO2(SFE-CO2)extract the pepper oil,and usd the GC-MS method to carry on the ingredient analysis to the extract pepper oil. The GC-MS analysis result indicated that the extract pepper oil of SFE-CO2 contains 40 chemical compositions,principal constituent for caryophyllene,4-ethoxy group-3-aubepines as well as some other heterocyclic compounds. |
