| 摘 要： | 聚L-谷氨酸是一种良好的牛物可降解材料,具有良好的生物相容性.聚L-谷氨酸衍生物同样具有很多优良特性.综述了聚L-谷氨酸及其衍生物的合成,介绍了聚L-谷氨酸及其衍生物在医疗领域用作靶向载体、工业领域用作合成材料、在食品领域用作抗冻剂等方面的应用.并对聚L-谷氨酸及其衍生物在医药等领域的研究方向进行了展望.

| Abstract: | Poly L-glutamic acid was a kind of favorable biodegradable materials,and it had fine biocompatibility. Poly L-glutamic acid's derivatives also had many excellent specialities. The compound of poly L-glutamic acid and its derivatives were summed up. The application of poly L-glutamic acid and its derivatives were introduced in several aspects,which mainly focused on its using as targeting vector in medical field,synthetic materials in industry and antifreeze in the food area.
