摘    要:离心泵是一种用途广泛的流体机械,气蚀现象对离心泵的工作性能影响较为严重。现文对离心泵的气蚀问题产生原因进行分析,提出影响离心泵气蚀的两方面的因素。通过分析实际应用中离心泵的允许气蚀余量NPSHr和允许吸上真空度[Hs]的作用,提出预防泵气蚀的措施,减少气蚀发生的可能性,从而提高离心泵的运行效率。

Abstract:Centrifugal pump was a kind of extensive use of fluid machinery,cavitation phenomenon of centrifugal pump was seriously influenced the work performance.The centrifugal pump cavitation causes of the problems,two factors influenced of centrifugal pump cavitation were analyzed.Through the analysis of the effects of the NPSHr and in practical application,the prevention measures were put forward to reduce the cavitation erosion occurs,so as to improve the efficiency of centrifugal pump.
