工业循环冷却水节水成套技术的应用

结合现场水质和工况条件,通过一系列试验,筛选出高效示踪型缓蚀阻垢剂TS-223A。配合自控装置和计算机远程控制平台,将TS-223A应用于天津石化公司乙烯厂第一循环水场水循环系统,每月黏附速率≤15 mg／cm2,腐蚀速率≤0.075mm／a,全年可节约淡水60万t,水循环系统可在浓缩倍率大于5的状态下长期稳定运行。

Application of industrial circulating water saving technology
