板坯形状对非回转对称拉深成形性的影响

摘    要:基于大型覆盖件成形的基础试验研究 ,在大量非回转对称拉深试验和对矩形盒拉深中特定部位进行应力应变解析的基础上 ,分析了板坯形状对非回转对称拉深成形性和成形极限的影响。指出使用矩形切角板坯可在一定程度上缓解非拉深变形并降低成形载荷 ,从而相应地提高拉深成形性和成形极限。

Abstract:Based on the primary experiment and study on a large panel forming, a great deal of the experiment on a non-rotational symmetry drawing and stress-strain analysis and calculation carried out at a specific part in a drawing of rectangular case, effect on the formability of non-rotational symmetry drawing and the shaping limit given by shaping of blank is analyzed in this paper.It is also pointed out that, to some extent, the amount of non-drawing flow deformation can be decreased and shaping load can be lowered by using corner cut rectangular blank, thereby drawing formability and shaping limit can be raised correspondingly.
