基于DEFORM的飞壳内棘齿冷挤压凹模设计

摘    要:采用有限元软件DEFORM_3D模拟飞壳内棘齿冷挤压成形过程,根据对单层凹模应力分析得到的结果设计了棘齿冷挤压成形的双层组合凹模,并通过对预应力组合凹模数值模拟分析,获得内棘齿成形条件下的挤压模具应力应变分布,得出组合凹模的最大等效应力比整体式凹模的低得多,模具强度得到了较大提高,最终合理设计了模具。

Abstract:Finite element software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the cold extrusion process of a flywheel's inner ratchet and analysis was made on the stress of single-layer die.Based on it,a double-layer combination die was designed and the distribution of stress and strain of the die was obtained by studying the prestressed composite die.It is indicated that the maximum effective stress of composite die is much less than that of integral die and the die strength is obvious enhanced.
