双基推进剂压缩力学性能的应变率相关性研究

摘    要:为了研究双基推进剂在压缩情况下的力学性能,通过单向压缩方法,获取了压缩速率为1mm/min时不同温度下,以及15℃下不同压缩速率时的压缩试验数据,得到了双基推进剂在压缩情况下的应力-应变的一般变化趋势,双基推进剂的力学性能具有明显的加载率相关性与温度相关性,屈服应力、屈服时的应变、极限应力及对应的应变均随应变率的变化而有一定的变化.在较高的加载速率下,由于没有有效的散热过程,应变率效应与温度共同影响着双基推进剂的力学性能.

Abstract:To study mechanical properties of Double-Base Propellants(DBP) under compression condition,tests under uniaxial compression condition were carried out,and the test data were obtained under the compression rate of 1 mm/min at different temperature as well as under different compression rate at 15℃.The trend of stress with strain of DBP in compression state was also obtained.The strain rate and temperature have distinct effects on mechanical properties of DBP.Yield stress,yield strain,limit stress and corresponding strain vary with strain rate.Under high strain rate,strain rate and temperature affect the mechanical properties of DBP together by reason of no effective heat-emission.
