摘    要:设计了一种基于双DSP的感应电机四象限变频调速系统.将基于电压定向矢量控制策略的PWM整流器与传统变频器相结合,通过实时控制输入电流,使变频器的输入电流具有较好的正弦性,其相位与电网电压相同,并自动实现能量双向传递,进而实现了变频调速系统的四象限运行.采用双DSP芯片控制方案实现系统功能,给出了具体的软、硬件设计方法,并进行了实验研究,实验结果证明了所提出系统及其实现方法的正确性与可行性.

Abstract:A four-quadrant variable frequency driving system based on dual DSPs for inductive motor is designed. The PWM rectifier based on voltage-oriented vector control strategy was combined with traditional inverter. Through controlling input current in real time, the input currenl is nearly sinusoidal and its phase was the same as the grid voltage, the bi-directional transfer of the energy is realized automatically, and then the four-quadrant operation of variable frequency driving system was realized. The system functions were implemented by adopting dual DSPs control scheme, the particular design method of hardware and software was given. The experimental results prove the correctness and feasibility of the system.
