摘    要:随着电力系统的快速发展,智能电网调度控制系统在多应用部署、海量实时数据处理、安全控制操作、快速信息同步等方面对数据采集提出了更高要求。文中提出了一种面向多应用的通用数据采集技术方案。该方案通过动态加载规约处理、基于CIM/E文件的数据采集运行维护、标签加密认证、多机冗余负载均衡、基于DL/T 476和S语言的远程浏览等技术,有效解决了多应用下数据重复采集、程序重复开发、维护复杂的问题,提高了数据采集处理能力,增强了控制操作的安全性,简化了数据采集维护流程,并实现了系统间实时画面的浏览功能。目前该方案已经成功运用于智能电网调度控制系统。

Abstract:With the rapid development of power systems, the smart grid dispatching and control systems are making higher demands on multi-application, massive data processing, safe operation and fast information synchronization. A universal technical solution is proposed for the data acquisition oriented to multi-application. By using the dynamic loading protocol, CIM/E file based data acquisition operation and maintenance, tag encryption and certification, load balancing and DL/T 476 and S language based remote browsing technique, the remedy proposed has solved the problems of repeated data acquisition for multi-application, repetitive software development and complicated maintenance, thus improving the processing capacity of data acquisition, enhancing the safety of operation, simplifying the process of maintenance and realizing the function of browsing real-time pictures. This solution is now in successful application in smart grid dispatching and control systems.
