| 摘 要： | 韶钢新建的1号板坯连铸机采用了诸如结晶器液位自动控制系统、结晶器粘钢／漏钢预报系统、动态软压下和液芯控制系统、结晶器宽度和锥度浇注过程在线自动调整系统、结晶器液压振动系统及浸入式水口渣线自动改变系统等新的工艺技术，并且取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | A series of the new processing technologies such as automatic mold level control system,early warning system for mold sticking and break-out accidents,dynamic soft reduction and liquid pool control system,mould width and taper self-regulation in line,mold hydraulic oscillating system and SEN slag line automatic adjustment system have been adopted in the newly built No.1 Slab Continuous Caster in SG Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd,and better results achieved accordingly. |
