镍-磷合金镀层结构及性能分析

摘    要:研究了化学镀镍镀层的组织结构及性能.用XRD和EDX分析了镀层的微观结构及组成,可知镀层在低磷时结构为微晶和非晶的混合,而镀层在高磷时为非晶结构.将镀层分别在10%HCl、10%NaOH和3.5%NaCl浸泡,表明镀层在碱性介质中的耐蚀性最好,而在酸性介质中的耐蚀性最差.

Abstract:The structure and properties of electroless Nickel-Phosphorus deposits are investigated. The microstructure and compositions are determined by XRD and EDX techniques. The results show that the deposits with low P content are a mixture of microcrystalline and amorphous phases, while those with the high P content are amorphous. Dipping in the solution of 10%HCl,10%NaOH and 3.5%NaCl respectively, the deposits show the better corrosion resistance in alkaline medium than in the acidic one.
