摘    要:分析了子午线轮胎两半模具中由于壳体和花纹圈的材料不同,在轮胎硫化加热过程中,受金属材料热膨胀系数的影响,容易产生错位现象。提出了在模具设计方面应将膨胀量考虑到设计尺寸上,错位问题就能得到解决。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the material difference between the Shell and the tread ring in the two ?piece mold for tires. during curing tires with heat, influenced by the expansion factors of metal materials, the offset step is easy to be produced . Here the paper presents that expansion factors should be taken into consideration in dimensions design then the offset step problems can be solved.
