摘    要:用研磨法制备含邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的TiCl_4-MgCl_2-DBP-Al(C_2H_5)_3,负载型高效催化剂,对丙烯常压聚合1.5h,催化效率3.8~4.3kgPP/gTi,聚合产物等规度96%~97%。催化剂具有良好的氢调节分子量的效果。并用红外光谱,DSC表征聚合物性质。比较了含芳香族单酯(苯甲酸乙酯EB)的TiCl_4-MgCl_2-EB-Al(C_2H_5 )_3及含芳香族双酯(DBP)的TiCl_4-MgCl_2-DBP-Al(C_2H_9)_3,负载型催化剂的聚合性能及聚合动力学行为。研究了聚合时加入给电子体EB、烷氧基硅烷(Ph_2Si(OMe)_2)、烷基铝对含EB、DBP的负载型催化剂聚合性能的影响。讨论了TiCl_4-MgCl_2-DBP负载型催化剂高效、高等规度的原因。

Abstract:A high active supported TiCl_4-MgCl_2 catalyst containing dibutyl phthalate (DBP), which was prepared by grinding method and was used for propene polymerization, had beenreported. The catalytic efficiency of this catalyst was measured to be 3.8~4.3kgPP/gTi(1.5h), and the tacticity of PP was 96% ~97%. This catalyst showed superiorperformance in the adjustment of molecular weight for propene polymerization. Thepolymerization performances and the kinetic behaviors of two kinds of catalysts containing,respectively, aromatic monoester (EB) or diester (DBP) had been compared. The effects of EB,Ph_2Si(OMe)_2 and Al(C_2H_5)_3, which were used as electrodoners, on the behavior of this sup-ported catalyst were investigated. The properties of PP were characterized by IR and DSC.Meanwhile , the reasons which caused high activity of the DBP containing catalyst andhigh tacticity of PP were discussed as well.
