机床振动信号数据采集系统设计

摘    要:为降低机床振动信号采集的成本,以低功耗ATmega16单片机为核心搭建了一套信号采集系统.采用AD7655模数转换器和单片机采集ICP加速度传感器的信号,通过RS232串口通讯将信号传递给计算机,并在LabVIEW平台下对采集的数据进行显示和处理.利用该信号采集系统,实现了在LabVIEW环境下,通过单片机采集机床低频振动信号.

Abstract:In order to reduce cost of machine tool vibration signal acquisition,a signal acquisition system was built which core was low power consumption ATmega16 MCU.Signal of ICP acceleration sensor was acquired by AD7655 analog-to-digital converter master and MCU.Then the signal was sent to computer by RS232 serial communication.The signal was displayed and processed in LabVIEW platform.So acquisition of machine tool low frequency vibration signal based on MCU is realized in LabVIEW environment.
