摘    要:运用静电技术的基本理论对油液在高压静电场中的荷电过程及其雾化机理进行了理论分析和试验研究,得到了雾滴粒径与电极电压、涂油刀梁刃口曲率半径和间隙的关系,为静电涂油机结构设计中的各参数选择提供了依据。

Abstract:With the basic theory of electrostatic technology, analysis of the process of oil carrying charges and mechanism of its atomization in high voltage electrostatic field is theoretically and experimentally studied. The relation between fogdrop radius and electrode voltage, curvature radius and clearance of spray bar is gained. Thus a basis for selection of parameters in the structure design of electrostatic oiler is offered.
