摘    要:给出用三维坐标测量仪测量斜齿圆柱齿轮制造精度的一种方法,即用三维坐标测量仪测量斜齿轮轮廓曲面的三维坐标值,根据最小二乘法对该坐标值进行数据分析,得出斜齿轮齿廓曲面的齿形误差.通过与用最小区域法测得的误差结果相比较证明,该方法是行之有效的.

Abstract:It presents the method of measuring manufacturing precision of bevel cylindrical gear by the three dimensional coordinate meter, that is, measuring three dimensional coordinate values of bevel gear profile by the three dimensional coordinate meter, and analysing the data of coordinate values by the method of least squares, obtaining gear profile errors of bevel. By comparing it with the errors measured by the least area method, it is proved that this method is effective.
