浅析水平定向钻泥浆固孔技术

定向钻穿越过程中的泥浆功用主要是悬浮和携带泥(岩)屑、润滑和冷却钻具、稳定孔壁、软化和辅助破碎岩土、传递动力。该文主要介绍了定向钻穿越工程中采用相应有效的泥浆固孔技术,成功在长江三角洲冲积平原类地层中,克服了结构松散,吸水较强,定向钻穿越时易冒浆,穿越管径大,扩孔级数较多,对地层的冲击扰动较大,增加了塌孔的可能性等不利因素,顺利完成了穿越任务。
