| 摘 要： | 保定市某建造于新近深厚回填土地基上的排架结构建筑,由于地基处理不当,结构局部变形显著,基本丧失使用功能。通过采用桩式托换和顶升技术综合施治,既满足了地基强度和变形的要求,又使结构既有变形得到恢复。施治一年来,结构变形稳定,功能运营正常。其设计思路、顶升控制技术为今后同类工程提供了有益的借鉴。
