| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国供电企业绩效管理现状的分析,结合供电企业的特点,建立了新的供电企业绩效评价指标体系,新的体系将财务指标和与衡量企业绩效相关的非财务指标相结合,建立了顾客层面、内部运作层面和学习与成长三个方面的指标。
