逆变型MR阻尼器的设计及其磁路分析

摘    要:逆变型MR阻尼器是一种通过在普通MR阻尼器中设置永磁体,以使得其在电源失效或无电源时仍能够在大阻尼状态工作的阻尼器。这种阻尼器能在一定程度上弥补普通MR阻尼器磁流变液长期处于零磁场状态而易于凝聚和沉降的不足,并通过设置励磁线圈来调节磁路气隙中磁场的大小,以使其阻尼可调,而且阻尼气隙中的磁场可以降为零,因而解决了普通MR阻尼器的剩磁问题。本文作者给出了逆变型MR阻尼器的设计方法,并设计了一个足尺的阀式MR阻尼器。数值模拟结果表明,通过在普通MR阻尼器磁路中设置永磁体,可以达到小电流大阻尼的逆变效果。

Abstract:In the reverse-effect MR damper, the permanent magnet is used to establish the magnetic field. When the electrical source is of no effect, the damper can supply large damping force. And in some degree, this kind of damper can be overcome that MR fluid in the traditional MR dampers is easy to coagulate and subside after a long period of time which is placed in zero magnetic field. Electromagnet is used to control magnetic field and damping force. Different from the traditional MR damper, the magnetic field in the gap of the reverse-effect MR damper can be reduced to zero and the remanenee effect is eliminated. The design method of the reverseeffect damper is given in the paper and a full-scale valve mode MR damper is designed. By the simulation, it is proved that the damper can supply large damping force with little electric current when the permanent magnet is used in the traditional MR damper.
