| 摘 要： | 通过对酒钢炼轧厂大棒线精轧机齿轮箱轴承润滑油路改进、轧机负荷优化以及齿轮箱装配工艺的过程控制,使轧机齿轮箱直立使用时稳定性明显提高,减少了事故的发生,提高了设备作业率。

| Abstract: | This article describes the improvement of lubrication system for gearbox bearing,optimization of roll load,and control of gearbox assembly process in big bar finishing mill in JISCO.The countermeasures significantly improve the stability when the mill gearbox operates in vertical mode,which reduces accident and enhances equipment availability. |
