流化床技术在氟化铝冷却器的应用

摘    要:流化床技术是近20年发展起来的一项新技术,主要应用于颗粒状物料的处理。它的特点是使固体颗粒与气体接触,使其从静态转变成类似于流体沸腾的状态,从而大大增加了颗粒与气体的接触机会,使各种单元操作达到尽善尽美的程度。氟化铝是电解铝工业重要的助熔剂,采用流化床技术设计氟化铝冷却器具有设备结构简单、生产能力大、节能降耗的优点,应用于生产实践后效果良好。

Abstract:Fluidized bed technology is a new technology developed in recent 20 years,mainly used for granular materials.It is characteristic of the solid particles in contact with the gas,making it from static into similar to the boiling fluid state,thereby greatly increasing the contact chance of particles and gases,make various unit operation to reach the acme of perfection degree.Aluminium fluoride is an important flux of electrolytic aluminum industry,using fluidized bed technology design of aluminum fluoride cooler has simple structure,large production capacity,energy saving advantages,applied to production practice good effect.
