海藻酸疏水衍生物水悬纳米胶囊的制备及其性能

摘    要:采用海藻酸辛酰胺作为囊材,基于微乳模板制备了功夫菊酯水悬纳米胶囊。采用透射电镜对纳米胶囊的形貌进行了考察;结合激光粒度仪对胶囊的粒径进行了分析;讨论了不同海藻酸辛酰胺、氯化钙和表面活性剂的用量对制备的胶囊粒径的影响;并使用气相色谱测定胶囊中功夫菊酯的释放量,研究其释放性能。结果表明:随着加入表面活性剂量的增加,纳米胶囊的粒径逐渐减小;当w(功夫菊酯)=2.5%,w(表面活性剂)=17.5%,w(海藻酸辛酰胺)=0.1%,w(CaCl2)=0.05%时,水悬纳米胶囊平均粒径为7.76 nm;功夫菊酯纳米胶囊累积释放率达到60%时需300 min,微乳需200 min,纳米胶囊减缓了芯药的释放。

Abstract:Octyl-grafted alginate-amide was chosen as capsule material to prepare water suspension nanocapsule made of λ-cyhalothrin based on micro-emulsion template.The morphology of nanocapsules was characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy,the size of nanocapsules was characterized by means of laser particle size analysis and the effects of different octyl-grafted alginate-amide derivatives,calcium chloride and the amount of surfactant on the sizes of nanocapsules were discussed with the analysis of capsule particle sizes by laser particle size analyzer.Additionally,the release performance of the nanocapsules was studied based on the release quantity of λ-cyhalothrin determined by gas chromatography.The results indicate that:the size of nanocapsules decreased with the increase of surfactant content;the average size of water suspension nanocapsules was 7.76 nm when w(λ-cyhalothrin)=2.5%,w(surfactant)=17.5%,w(octyl-grafted alginate-amide derivative)=0.1% and w(calcium chloride)=0.05%;in order to obtain 60% of release rate of chlorine fluorine cyanide chrysanthemum ester with high performance,the micro-emulsion needed 200 min and the nanocapsule needed 300 min.Overall,the nanocapsules restrained the release of core drug.
