双辊薄带连铸结晶辊热辊型预报

摘    要:结合双辊薄带连铸中结晶辊装配、修磨和浇注等环节的整体要求,采用弹塑性大变形接触非线性有限元方法,建立了计算结晶辊热辊型的有限元模型,并分析了结晶辊的受力和变形,得出了浇注过程中结晶辊的辊面形状曲线,利用实测的铸带断面形状对计算结果进行了检验,结果表明该方法用于计算结晶辊变形非常有效,可以利用该方法进行结晶辊结构改进和初始辊型设计。

Abstract:The finite element model for calculating casting roller profile was established by elastic-plastic with nonlinear finite element according to the demand of casting roller assembly,grinding and heating.The force and deformation of casting roller were analyzed.The roller profile curve during casting was investigated.The calculated strip section shape was compared with the measured one.The result shows that the calculation method for casting roller deformation is accurate enough to improve and design the casting roller.
