油气润滑系统中环状流流动均匀性研究

摘    要:引入孙立成提出的齐斯霍姆常数c的计算式,利用齐斯霍姆两相流压降计算方法得到了油气润滑工况下的水平管内油气环状流压降沿管路轴向分布的整体趋势;并利用Fluent仿真平台得到了油气环状流在不同工况下的压降和液膜沿管路轴向分布的均匀特性。研究结果表明,压力降和液膜厚度的仿真结果与理论计算值有一定吻合度;随着气相速度的增大,压力降和液膜厚度的波动性越来越大,该结果为油气润滑运输中油液的预测及控制提供了依据。

Abstract:The trend of the pressure distribution and the uniformity of distributions of the pressure drop and liquid film along the tube of the oil-Mr annular flow in oil-air lubrication system have been respectively calculated introducing Chisholm constant c base on the Chisholm theory and simulated by FLUENT. The results show that the theoretical calculations of the pressure drop and liquid film agree with the simulation results, and the fluctuations of the pressure drop and liquid film thickness are augmented with the air velocity increase. These conclusions will do favors for predicting and controlling the lubricant in the oil-air lubrication system.
