热冗余PCC系统在大型抽蓄电站调速器上的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了一种适用于大型抽水蓄能电站的调速器控制系统,该系统基于热冗余的基本特征,选用了BR2005系列的PCC模块及智能切换单元组成硬件核心,设计了严谨的双机冗余及切换逻辑,并已在大型抽水蓄能电站上获得了成功应用。通过现场的静特性和动态调节试验表明,该系统调节精度高,动态过程平稳,能满足大型抽蓄电站工况转换、控制准确及可靠性较高的要求,可以在国内实现推广应用。

Abstract:A governor control system which is suitable for large pumped storage power station is introduced in this paper. The above system is based on the fundamental characteristics of hot redundancy, its hardware kernel consists of B&R2005 series PCC modules and intelligent switching unit with the strict dual redundancy and switching logics designed and its successful application has already been obtained in some large pumped storage power stations. By means of the experiments for the static characteristics and dynamic regulations on the site, these indicate that the system is of high regulation precision and steady dynamic process, it is able to satisfy the demands of operating conditions switching, accurate control and higher reliability for large pumped storage power station, and its popularization and application could be implemented in our country.
