| Abstract: | Application of the membrane technology in treatment of oilfield produced water was reviewed, such as microfiltration （MF）, ultra-filtration （UF） and nano-filtration （NF）. Characteristics of oilfield produced water were discussed as well as disadvantages of the membrane technology. The application prospect of the membrane technology in treating oilfield produced water was put forward. |
