| 摘 要： | 对于反应釜,前期的投料控制精度是一个主要的控制目标,控制系统可根据配方对自动投料比例调整。本文叙述了配料称重控制器的工作原理和实际操作中联锁关系的实现;参数传入上位控制系统对全厂生产运行、安全预报和其它业务具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In feeding control of reactor, feeding weight requirement is part of the control plan. With auto feeding and adjustment system, the feeding can be properly controlled based onthe formula. In this paper, the principle of weighing controller for feeding and realization of interlock were described. The networking of real-time monitoring and control system takes an important part in the forecasting of status of production and safety and other operation managements. |
