汽车仪表板横梁系统固有振动特性研究

摘    要:测量了横梁系统在车身安装状态下的固有振动特性,并通过有限元计算得出横梁系统的模态参数,结果确定了横梁系统刚度较差的原因与横梁骨架和车身前围板刚度不足有关;然后基于有限元模型分析了横梁系统主要零件的板厚对固有频率、质量的灵敏度,发现不同零件对横梁系统的固有频率和质量影响程度存在差异;最后在OptiStruct中建立数学模型并优化零件板厚,使横梁系统总质量、固有频率和刚度之间得到了较好的平衡,改善了横梁系统的固有振动特性。

Abstract:The natural vibration characteristics of cross car beam system mounted on the car body is measured. Modal parameters of cross car beam system are calculated via finite element method. As a result, the reason resulting weakness of system's stiffness is related to be lack of stiffness of beam and front panel. Then, sensitivity analysis is done for main parts thickness of cross car beam system based on finite element model. Difference of the influence from different components on natural frequency and mass of car beam system is discovered. Finally, mathematical model is established in OptiStmct and thickness of parts is optimized, which obtains a better balance among the whole mass and natural frequency and stiffness, thus improves the natural vibration characteristics of cross car beam assembly.
