含Cr钢腐蚀性能的研究现状及进展

摘    要:针对高压油气井用含Cr不锈钢油套管材料的腐蚀问题,简要介绍了含Cr钢国内外的发展和应用过程,从腐蚀的影响因素方面主要分析了含Cr钢的腐蚀性能随温度、CO2分压、不同共存环境的影响机制和腐蚀特征,分析说明了含Cr钢抗SCC性能的作用机制及其影响因素,并就目前含Cr钢腐蚀性能研究和工程应用所存在问题提出了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:In view of corrosion problems of Cr stainless steel oil casing in the high pressure oil and gas wells, development and application process of Cr-containing steel at home and abroad were briefly introduced, the influence of temperature, C02 partial pressure and coexistence environment on corrosion of Cr-containing steel was analyzed as well as corrosion mechanism and characteristics, Cr-containing steel SCC resistance mechanism and influencing factors were discussed, and the future research trend was put forward.
