摘    要:以中央空调配管动力学特性仿真分析及优化设计为目的,对基于UG/ANSYS二次开发的中央空调配管系统数据提取和模型重建技术进行讨论。分析配管系统的结构特点并对其进行参数化,对所需要提取的信息进行分类,实现对模型参数的自动提取,开发出中央空调配管数据提取交互系统。以INI文件格式进行存储与交换。基于自行开发的中央空调配管CAD/CAE集成系统可读取INI数据文件,实现中央空调在ANSYS中建模与分析。

Abstract:The purpose is accomplishing dynamic analysis and optimization design of pipeline of central air-conditioner. The automatic data extraction and remodel technique of pipeline based on UG and ANSYS was discussed. Main research contents of model data extraction module are given as follow: analyze the structure of pipe system and establish the parametric model. The information needed for dynamic analysis of pipeline were clarified according to its group. Design and realize the custom data exchange interface. The information of the pipeline stored as an INI file. With the CAD/CAE integrated Analysis system developed by ourselves, which will be applied to remodel and dynamic analysis.
