烟化炉—余热锅炉一体化研制

摘    要:本介绍一种重有色冶金工艺,烟化炉-余热锅炉的研制过程。采用一体化设计思想,把烟化炉和余热锅炉有机地结合在一起,既改善了烟化炉的史炼状况和余热锅炉技术操作条件,又解决在间断生产条件下实现连续供汽的技术难题,并实现烟化炉余热的全面回收。

Abstract:This paper introduced a non-ferrous metals metallurgy new technolgy-fuming furnace and waste heat boiler process. Applied an organic whole designing thought,bring fuming furnace and waste heat boiler Combined, that development fuming smelting Condition and Waste heat boiler technical opevation Condition , as well as to solve techuicol difficult problem and realizing fuming furnace's waste heat Comprehensive recovery.
