9F燃气机组油膜涡动和油膜振荡的诊断及处理

摘    要:对国内首台GE公司生产的9F单轴燃机发生在可倾瓦轴承上异常振动进行了介绍、分析和诊断。给出了引起汽机高中压转子油膜涡动和油膜振荡的定性原因分析,提出了增大油孔、减少轴承宽度等处理措施,振动故障得到治理。

Abstract:Abnormal vibration was occurred in tilting pad journal bearing of Banshan No. 1 Combined cycle power train ,It was the first 9F gas turbine made in GE in China. Diagnosis and analysis show that the steam turbine HIP rotor occurs oil whirling and oil whip. So the treating method are proposed. The abnormal vibration is eliminated.
