摘    要:制氢炉炉管的弯曲变形有可能造成炉管破裂从而导致重大事故发生。通过对制氢炉辐射室的温度场分布、炉管温度分布以及炉管热应力等的计算 ,分析了炉管弯曲变形的内在原因以及由炉管热应力引起的初变形对炉管弯曲变形的影响 ,炉管表面周向温度分布不均匀是炉管弯曲变形的主要原因

Abstract:It is evident that the bending deformation of furnace tube of hydrogen manufacturing conversion furnace can lead to accident of burst. It tries to seek for the reasons of bending deformation of furnace tube by analysing the results of temperature of radiation room, temperature of tube and thermal stress and so on. The affection of initial deformation caused by thermal stress on bend deformation is investigated. It is believed that the mal distribution of temperature of the circumference surface of tube plays an important role to deformation.
