| 摘 要： | 研究氟吗啉对MCF-7细胞增殖的影响.实验中设定溶剂对照组、雌激素组(10-7～10-12 mol/L)和氟吗啉各剂量组(10-5～10-9 mol/L),染毒7 d,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖情况进行分析,酶标仪检测吸光度(490 nm).氟吗啉各剂量组的增殖率在87.1%～129%之间,与溶剂对照组相比均无显著性差异.氟吗啉可能不具有拟雌激素样活性.

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of flumorph on the proliferation in MCF-7 cell.Human estrogen-dependent MCF-7 breast cancer cells were used to evaluate proliferating effects of flumorph with concentrations of 10-5-10-9 mol/L and E2 with concentrations of 10-7-10-12 mol/L for seven days.The proliferation of MCF-7 cells was analyzed by the MTT assay.Absorbance was detected by microplate reader.The relative proliferation rates of the flumorph groups were from 87.1 to 129%,and there was no significant difference between ... |
