摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法分别合成一元及多元稀土锆酸盐Sm2Zr2O7和(Gd0.4Sm0.5Yb0.1)2Zr2O7陶瓷粉体,在1600℃无压烧结10h合成致密的陶瓷块体。利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪及场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对各粉体和块体的微观结构进行表征,采用阻抗分析仪测试2种材料的介电性能。结果表明,一元及多元稀土锆酸盐均具有单一的焦绿石结构,中等的介电常数以及低的介电损耗,二者的介电常数均随频率的增加而下降;(Gd0.4Sm0.5Yb0.1)2Zr2O7陶瓷的介电常数低于Sm2Zr2O7,但二者的介电损耗值相差不多。该研究为进一步研究材料介电常数与热导率之间的关系奠定了基础。

Abstract:Rare-earth zirconates Sm2Zr2O7 and (Gd0.4Sm0.5Yb0.1)2Zr2O7 powders were synthesized by sol-gel method. The phase structure, microstructures and the dielectric properties were investigated. XRD and SEM results reveal that the two rare-earth zirconates with single pyrochlore structure were prepared and no other phases existed among the grains.
