Ni-P-SiC化学复合镀的工艺和性能

摘    要:研究了Ni-P-SiC化学复合镀的工艺参数,测定并分析了SiC粒子浓度、搅拌方式、停歇时间等对镀层的影响;测定了镀层的硬度和耐磨性;并对镀层进行了SEM形貌观察及图象分析。结果表明,合适的工艺条件可获得粒子均匀分布的复合镀层;SiC粒子的加入可使镀层的硬度和耐磨性均得到较大的提高。

Abstract:The effect of technical parameters of electroless Ni-P-SiC compositecoating, sucha;the concentration of SiC,the stirring method and the interval time to theproperty of the coating has been detected and analysed.The microhardness and wear re-sistance have been measured,and also SEM and graph analysis have been adopted to investi-gate the microstructure. It is concluded that under the proper technical condition,a good com-posite coating could be gained,and the wear resistance of the coating could be well increaseddue to the co-depositing of SiC particles.
