| 摘 要： | 为了提高城市供水质量，城市供水水质监测网要求在饮用水生物检测项目中增加粪性大肠菌群这一项目，本文介绍了微孔滤膜法，并进行了方法验证。表明，该法是一种科学可行且简便的检验方法，适用于饮用水和其它混浊度较小的水样。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of drinking water,we add the monitoring item of facal coli-group in the biological monitoring item.Meanwhile,we verify and compane the mechod of determination further more.This method uses the filter membrance.Through verification,it is a simple and advicable method.It is fit to test drink water and other cleaning water. |
