混凝土电通量试验结果影响因素的研究

摘    要:研究了影响电通量试验结果的诸多因素,包括配合比、试件尺寸、饱水程度、试验槽储液腔尺寸、垫圈大小及电极结构尺寸等,在此基础上,结合《混凝土氯离子电通量测定仪》(制定)及《普通混凝土长期性能和耐久性能试验方法》(修订)两项标准的颁布实施,对如何确保混凝土电通量试验结果的准确性和可靠性提出了意见。

Abstract:Based on the main steps of concrete coulomb electric flux test,the factors which affect the results of concrete coulomb electric flux test were studied,including the mix,dimension of samples,degree of vacuum saturation,dimension of the liquid storage container,the washer,the electrode,and so on.The latter three factors are related to the nonstandard equipments.Two relevant important standards edited by CABR have been declared,which are and .With the promulgation and implementation of the two norms,the related equipments will standardize gradually,which provides the accuracy and reliability of the results of concrete coulomb electric flux test with strong safeguards.The apparatus to determine concrete coulomb electric flux and vacuum-saturation equipment developed by Institute of Building Materials of CABR coordinate with the new norms,and step the first step in the standardization of equipments of concrete coulomb electric flux.
