热处理对NiAlMn高温形状记忆合金有序度的影响

摘    要:利用不同的热处理制度对NiAlMn高温形状记忆合金进行有序化处理,并通过室温X射线衍射分析,得到NiAlMn合金的马氏体结构为3R。有序度的大小可以利用特征线对的面间距Δd来表示。结果表明,分级淬比上淬更有利于合金的有序化。

Abstract:The NiAlMn high temperature shape memory alloy was ordered by undergoing various heattreatments.Through the room temperature Xray diffraction,the value of ordering degree was represented by the dWTFZ of the typical pairs.The results showed that the step quench was more superior than the up quench.
