摘    要:通过试验,研究了自同步振动磨机内物料运动形式,考虑了物料区间性非线性作用力,建立了物料非线性作用力自同步振动磨机的振动方程.用非线性理论中的等效线性化法求出振动方程的一次近似解及物料的结合系数与阻力系数

Abstract:The mathematical expressions defining the nonlinear force acting on the grinding media and material in different regions in the interior of the mill is suggested by considering the movement occuring in the self synchronized vibrating mill. Equations describing the vibration in the mill is established on the basis of non linear force. Solutions of first harmonic approximation to the equations are derived by using the equivalent linearity technique of vibration theory. The combining coefficient of mass inside the cylinder and the friction factor are also determined.
